29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Location: Loading Dock The three top external concrete stairs leading to and from loading dock were spalled, cracked and fragmented, creating tripping and fall hazards.
