OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by and caught between hazard: (a) SE Corner of SH 55 and Hill Rd.: On or about April 30, 2019 and at times prior, employees operate a Barbco Model 36/42-500 horizontal boring machine to remove the spoils of a 36 inch casing that had been pushed under a roadway. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
