Front Street, Philadelphia PA 19147 - The employer did not ensure that the working level of a fabricated frame scaffold, on which an employee was conducting stucco cement operations at a height of approximately 18 feet above the lower level, was fully planked, thus exposing employees to fall from height hazards. This condition was noted on or about April 6, 2019. The employer, Willie Vargas, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 983545, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 152 Roseberry St., Philadelphia, PA 19148.
