29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 181 Eisenhower Dr., Woolwich Twsp, NJ: On or about May 2, 2019, four Webb Contractor Corp. employees were installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a new construction two story single family residence. The employees were not protected from fall hazards of greater than 25 feet.
