29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Badillo Roofing, Inc. at 705 Old Wagon trail Cir. Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 5/3/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a two story single family home were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of ten feet. Badillo Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346310, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/4/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5542 S. Jericho Way Centennial, CO 80015. Badillo Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331967, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3026 Crusader St. Fort Collins, CO 80524.
