29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:    On or about May 8, 2019 employees working in Room 7, Farrowing Room 1, and Gestation Room 1 were exposed to accidental contact with live electrical conductors because junction boxes and pull boxes were not guarded with an approved cover.    Glenview Pork, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1275104, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2495 East County Road 650, Plymouth, IL 62367.
