29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes and fittings were not effectively closed. a) On May 7, 2019, and at times prior two openings on the top of panel box "power 5," on the 3rd floor, were not effectively closed, which exposed employees to energized parts inside. The JJMS/ DBA Prediletto Electric was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1071064, citation number 1, item number 4/a and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 733 Broadway, Albany, NY.
