29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about May 29, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees mixing corrosive materials such as but not limited to, ALAMO MASONRY CEMENT, were not provided a means for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use, exposing employees to the hazards of corrosive materials.
