29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about May 19, 2020, an employee was assisting with landscaping operations when he suffered an illness resulting in a hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office was notified on June 3, 2020.
