29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):  Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:         a) On or about May 17, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 6 feet while climbing on a stepladder without its metal spreaders or locking devices in the open position.       b) On or about May 17, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 6 feet while using a stepladder for access and egress between two points; a lower roof deck, and an upper roof deck.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
