29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: A.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, on or about May 20, 2019 and times prior thereto: Toilet facilities were malfunctioning in that the sewage lines were clogged. Toilet facilities were not operational and available to employees at the employer's location. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1333021, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2205 West State Street, New Castle, Pennsylvania 16101. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
