29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:  The employer does not protect employees from arc flash hazards.  At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, employee(s) were required to insert either a knife or a screw driver into the starter to start the Mixer Machine.  Suitable electrical protective equipment was not provided to protect the employees from the hazard of arc flash.  This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
