29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces. The employer does not protect the workers from accumulation of combustible dust. In the mixing room located at 110047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, where workers, blend, pack and stack animal feed (grain) on regular basis, the employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program to control and prevent accumulation of grain dust in the work area. This violation was noted on 06/21/2019
