29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about May 5, 2019, the worksite located at 3651 Commerce Avenue, Stuart, Florida 34997, the employer did not provide training on hazardous chemicals for employees who were exposed to while working with Super Agitene 141, a Class IV inhalation, but a Class 2 eye irritant, and is used in the Enviroclean washer process.
