29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Micro-cleanroom: On or about 5/17/19, the employer did not provide a suitable eye wash or safety shower for employees using Peridox, a cleaning chemical containing hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, to sanitize the cleanroom.     SCA Pharmaceuticals was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278719, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 775 Rainbow Road, Suite B. Windsor, CT, 06095.

29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen peroxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 1.4 mg/m3:    Clean Room: On or about 05/19/19, employees cleaning/sanitizing the clean room were overexposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen peroxide in seven instances. The 8 hour Time Weighted Average exposure for each of the employees sampled is as follows:    A. 3.60 mg/m3, 2.57 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  B. 3.44 mg/m3, 2.46 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  C. 3.24 mg/m3, 2.31 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  D. 3.23 mg/m3, 2.31 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  E. 3.02 mg/m3, 2.16 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  F. 2.75 mg/m3, 1.96 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3  G. 1.88 mg/m3, 1.34 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3    SCA Pharmaceuticals was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278719, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/18, with respect to a workplace located at 755 Rainbow Road, Suite B, Windsor CT 06095.
