29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c).    Location: 4 Hussey Farm Rd. Nantucket, MA 02554            On or about May 13th, 2019, employees were exposed to caught between hazards while working on a 40 foot sewer line, in a trench that was 6 feet deep to the top of the 6 inch sewer line pipe where cave in protection was not utilized
