29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees were able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. 1st Floor Workroom: The emergency exit discharge door was kept locked, which led to Larkin Street. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards.
