Home Depot RDC 5034 - On or about June 13, 2019, Employees, who were operating lift trucks were exposed to continuous noise at 99.0% of the exposure level of 90 dBA or an eight hour time weighted average (TWA) noise exposure of 89.9 dBA. This exposure was observed occurring over a 606 minute sampling period on 6/13/19. The employer did not develop and implement an effective hearing conservation program.
