29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 21, 2019, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 9910 Patton St, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 18.8 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The (Mark Yoder) Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1536396, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 36441 Capri, North Ridgeville, OH 44039.
