29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a. On or about May 22, 2019, in the fabrication area, the employer failed to provide employees with information on how to obtain a copy of the Hazard Communication Program and Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous chemicals used and stored in the workplace, including but not limited to Hydraulic Oil AW 68 and NAPA 15-W40 Motor Oil.
