29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d): a) Work site - On or about May 23, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer could not provide a certification for the employee on site operating the lull.
