29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Signature Place, Briggs Road, Mount Laurel, NJ: On or about May 16, 2019, two Higher Level Construction Inc. employees were installing plywood sheathing on the roof of a three story new construction townhome style residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
