29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage:  a) Marcos Construction LLC at 3200 West Colfax Denver, CO 80204: On or before May 29, 2019 the employer did not ensure that temporary lighting was installed with guards that protected the lighting from accidental contact or breakage. The mailroom on the first floor of the construction site contained a light bulb less than 7 feet off the ground that did not contain a light cage around the bulb. This exposed employees who were performing framing work in the room to potential electrical hazards.
