29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of twenty (20) feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least five (5) feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one (1) hour:        The employer does not ensure oxygen cylinders in storage are being separated from acetylene cylinders, drums of oil, gasoline containers, and combustible materials such as wooden fencing and mulch a minimum distance of twenty (20) feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least  five (5) feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one (1) hour.  This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the maintenance area, exposing employees to fire hazards.      Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure oxygen cylinders in storage are separated from fuel-gas cylinders or highly combustible material (especially oil and grease), a minimum distance of twenty (20) feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least five (5) feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one (1) hour.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:      The employer does not ensure maintenance of a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet as follows:        a)  This violation was observed on or about June 4, 2019, at an outdoor cylinder storage area near the maintenance building, three (3) Helium (asphyxiant) compressed gas cylinders were present, were not on the chemical inventory list, and exposes employees to chemical hazards.       b)  This violation was observed on or about June 4, 2019, by the outside front of the maintenance building, a fifty-five (55) gallon plastic drum of Oil Eater Degreaser/Cleaner (irritant) was present, was not on the chemical inventory list, and exposes the employees to chemical hazards.      c)  This violation was observed on or about June 4, 2019, at a store room of the overhaul shop, a fifty-five (55) gallon metal drum of COR63-AA-228 (flammable, toxic, irritant) was present, was not on the chemical inventory list, and exposes the employees to chemical hazards.    d)  This violation was observed on or about June 4, 2019, at the go carts garage, two (2) metal containers of Chem-Dip Carburetor and Parts Cleaner (combustible, suspect cancer hazard) were present, were not on the chemical inventory list, and exposes employees to chemical hazards.
