29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested:  Skagway Point of Entry:  On or about May 30, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees required to use Sperian N95 Particulate respirators were not fit tested annually.  This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.
