29 CFR 1960.8(a):  The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:  struck-by hazards in the Garage: One overhead garage door approximately 12 1/2 feet wide did not have safety device edges or door stop sensors to prevent struck-by hazards to employees. Employees are exposed to this hazard while transporting the grill, tool trucks with tools, vehicles, and equipment on pallets in and out of the garage. The electrically-powered doors are not equipped with safety device edges or door stop sensors that would initiate retraction or stop closure in the event the doors begin closing while an employee is underneath, resulting in a struck-by hazard. The industry recognizes that operating an overhead garage door without a safety device edge or door stop sensor is a hazardous condition, as outlined in ANSI/UL 325 and NFPA 80. Note: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification and documentation, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   (a)	Vessel Boarding Office;  A Delonghi coffee maker, Mr. Coffee coffee maker and kettle were plugged into a surge protector power strip (relocatable power tap).  (b)	Targeting Office, desk at door adjacent to garage;  A Bright Town Heater was plugged into a surge protector power strip (relocatable power tap).  (c)	Chief of Staff Office;  A Keurig coffee maker, Kenmore refrigerator and Sunbeam microwave were plugged into a surge protector power strip (relocatable power tap).  (d)	Break Room/ Kitchen;  A Keurig coffee maker, GE toaster, and Bella toaster over were plugged  into a surge protector power strip (relocatable power tap).  (e)	VACLS Office;  A Sensor microwave oven, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, an Kitchen Smith kettle were plugged into a surge protector power strip (relocatable power tap).   The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment, and not appliances.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection POE Canine Enforcement Team, Air Cargo Office was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467446, citation number 1, item number 2B and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2020 , with respect to a workplace located at Seatac, WA.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Sumas POE was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303762, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Sumas, WA.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Pt. Roberts POE was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185225, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Point Roberts, WA.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (a)	 Warehouse;  The employer did not have a safety data sheet for Safariland Break Free CLP cleaner, and Shooters Choice MC bore cleaner.  This exposes employees to potential delayed medical or first aid treatment. This exposes employees to possible respiratory irritation and or dermatitis hazards.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Peace Arch  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1174278, citation number 1, item number 2b  and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Blaine, WA.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Bellingham POE  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148617, citation number 2, item number 2  and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Bellingham, WA.

29 CFR  1904.40(a):Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours:  (a)	 The OSHA 300 Logs were not located at the jobsite, and requested from another CBP employee who works off site, however, they were not provided to the CSHO during the inspection. The OSHA 300 logs were provided for 2019 but not for calendar year 2018 or 2017.

(b)	Cargo Office South Exit door;  The EXIT sign does not illuminate.  (c)	Server Room;  The EXIT sign does not illuminate.  (d)	VACLS Office;  The EXIT sign does not illuminate.  (e)	Workout Room;  The EXIT sign does not illuminate.   This exposes employees to possible delayed egress hazards if the lights were to go out-  it would be more difficult to find an exit route.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(7):Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly eligible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide:  (a)	 Server Room;  The EXIT sign letters were 3.5 inches high by 2.5 inches wide.   This exposes employees to possible delayed egress hazards.
