Aircraft hangar; two instances were noted where portable fire extinguishers were not inspected at least monthly: a. Adjacent to fuel dispensing station; an Amerex, model 20S HI SA ABC portable fire extinguisher, last recorded monthly inspection indicated August 2015. b. Adjacent to office; an Amerex, model A456, Serial number MD-863896 portable fire extinguisher, last recorded monthly inspection indicated March 2019. This condition exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures were not weatherproof in wet locations. Aircraft hangar outside of building; on or about 05 June 2019 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that electrical enclosures were protected from environmental elements. An outdoor electrical outlet box was missing the waterproof cover. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
