29 CFR 1910.106(b)(2)(ii)(f): The minimum separation between a liquefied petroleum gas container and a flammable liquid storage tank was not 20 feet. When flammable liquid storage tanks were within a diked area, the liquefied petroleum gas containers were not outside the diked area and at least 10 feet away from the centerline of the wall of the diked area. Fuels Storage Area: On or about June 5, 2019. The minimum separation between empty liquefied petroleum gas container and waste jet fuel was not 20 feet exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.

29 CFR 1910.106(b)(2)(vii)(c)(1): Except as provided in subdivision (2) of this subdivision, the volumetric capacity of the diked area was not less than the greatest amount of liquid that can be released from the largest tank within the diked area, assuming a full tank. The capacity of the diked area enclosing more than one tank was calculated by deducting the volume of the tanks other than the largest tank below the height of the dike. Fuel Storage yard: On or about June 5, 2019, the dike area volume was not sufficient to maintain the quantity of barrels stored in the area since a portion of the dike area membrane was compromised exposing the employees and the environment to fuel spill hazards.
