OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards from the elevated platform of a trailer mounted boom lift: (a) Site located at 803 and 811 Harlem Street in Altoona, WI; An employee was exposed to fall hazards while conducting tree trimming operations from the platform of a JLG brand, trailer mounted boom lift without the use of a personal fall arrest system.
