Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

As of  November 4, 2019, the employer had not submitted to the Agency documents that abatement had been completed for serious violation indicated by the Agency included in Citation 1 Item 4 from inspection number 1406613, issued July 31, 2019, with a final order date of  August 26, 2019.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.852(a):Material was being dropped to a point lying outside the exterior walls of the structure without the area being effectively protected:  a) 33 Eastern Ave., Springfield, MA: On or about June 3, 2019 employees were observed throwing debris out the window of this building to the dumpster below while employees were standing in that dumpster and access to the drop area was not  controlled or effectively protected.
