29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) On or about June 4, 2019 and times prior, employees used a Dewalt table saw to cut wood used in kitchen/bathroom remodeling. The power cord on the saw was damaged exposing employees to electrical shock.
