Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not maintained on site for various types of acrylic latex paints (Sherwin Williams, Henry), flammable Startex paint thinner, Polyblend grout, and concrete containing Portland cement that the employees were using. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
