29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program when employees were exposed to the extended shift action level of 82.4 dBA. On or about 13 June, 2019 employees working in the plastic bottle plant were exposed to noise levels of 84.6 decibels on the A scale. This condition is above the action level for extended work shift of 11.5 hours: 82.4 dBA.
