(b) On or about February 13, 2019, employees of tenant departments under the control of General Services Administration (GSA), where GSA served as the controlling, creating, and/or correcting employer, were exposed to fire related hazards where an operable fire alarm signaling system was not provided at 333 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada.

29 CFR 1910.38(c)(1): Procedures for reporting a fire or other emergency; (a) On or about February 13, 2019, the emergency action plan did not include a contingency plan on how to notify employees working in the building of a fire or other emergencies the required an evacuation from the building since the fire alarm signaling system was inoperable at 333 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada. (b) On or about February 13, 2019, the employees of tenant departments under the control of General Services Administration (GSA), where GSA served as the controlling, creating, and/or correcting employer, were exposed to fire related hazards because the emergency action plan did not include a contingency plan on how to notify employees working in the building of a fire or other emergencies that required evacuation, since the fire alarm signaling system was inoperable at 333 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada .
