29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Jobsite: 1206 N Oriana St, Philadelphia, PA., 4th level - On or about 5/29/19, employees framing a 3 story residential construction building, approximately 30 feet above ground level, were exposed to fall hazards without the use protection of a fall protection system. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1376138, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/29/19, with respect to a workplace located at 58 & 60 Bradhurst Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1382003, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/29/19, with respect to a workplace located at Twin Ponds Road, Breingsville, PA 18031.
