Employees were exposed to the following hazardous conditions:            a)  Employees were performing residential roofing work approximately 20 feet above the lower level without the use of            a fall protective system on a 6:12 pitch roof.      b)  Employees were using pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.      c)  Employees were using a ladder to access the roof that did not have side rails three feet above the upper landing           surface.  Crane Roofing Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006314, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 866-870 Lionsgate Drive, St. Louis, MO.
