29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Janitorial Storage - On or about June 12, 2019, and times prior thereto:  employees worked with and around corrosive substances including, but not limited to, Sani-T-10 Plus, and Inspector's Choice throughout each work-shift. Facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not made available in areas where concentrated corrosive substances were handled.

IbakeFoods, LLC - On or about June 12, 2019, Safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Cream Suds Food Processing Equipment Presoak & Cleaner, Germicidal Bowl Cleanse, Knock'er Loose Plus, and Chain Lube & Knock were not maintained at the worksite, nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
