29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about June 12, 2019, employees of a subcontractor were performing roofing work at a height of more than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the subcontractor's employees to a fall from height hazards. Thunder Framing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336204, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1213 NW 122nd St. Oklahoma City, OK 73114. And Thunder Framing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1199515, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6801 W.
