Warehouse doorway leading to express store area; on or about 10 June 2019 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that "Exit" signs were posted along the "Exit" route.  The door way leading to the store area was not marked. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.
