29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: a) Recycle Inc. East dba Mauser Packaging Solutions/South Plainfield, NJ - Throughout the facility: The Employer did not maintain floors as clean and orderly as possible. Plastic in the form of dust and shredded drum pieces were noted throughout the facility, including but not limited to under the equipment, as well as on the electrical boxes and overhead pipes, hence exposing employees to trip and fire hazards. Condition noted on or about June 13, 2019.

Main electrical equipment (panels, breakers, junction boxes) rated 480 Volts/3 Phase were not free of storage in that, the areas was blocked by employee lockers, tools and plastic container. Observed on/or about 06/13/2019.
