29 CFR 1910.28(b)(4)(i): (i) The employer did not ensure that each employee on a dockboard is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system or handrails.   a)  Shipping Area: On or about June 12, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 4 feet by not ensuring all open sides around the docks were guarded while employees were working around the dock and operating forklift trucks.
