29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container.   On or about June 12, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the flammable liquid storage room, Class I flammable liquids were dispensed from one container into another container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers and to prevent static discharge during dispensing operation.  This exposes employees to a fire hazard.
