By the main east door, an extension cord, used to provide power to a light fixture, was zip-tied to conduit.      b.)  In the spraying area, an extension cord, used to provide power to a space heater, was zip-tied to conduit.      c.)  In the saw area, an extension cord was wrapped behind beams.        d.)
