Main Street, Paris, IL 61944 Pretium Packaging, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044386 citation number 1, item number 2c, and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 200 W. 20th Street, Hermann, MO 65041.
