29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. 3150 Avondale Mill Road, Macon, GA (Demarco Vacuum Bag System) - The employees (machine operator and maintenance) were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of hard-electrical energy source machines. The employer did not have machine specific written procedures for locking out/tagging out the vacuum bag system machines to safe guard employees performing services such as but not limited too, changing out the vacuum bags and/or maintenance on machinery or equipment, on or about 06/08/19.
