29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about March 20, 2019, at the north section of the jobsite, an employee suffered an electrical shock when he made contact with a 13kv overhead power line with a rebar that he was installing without receiving training in the hazards associated with overhead power lines.
