29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about 12/11/2019, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective for citation 1, item 1, issued on 10/07/2019, with an abatement due date of 11/06/2019.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:  On or about April 19, 2019, at 2875 Concorde Center Drive, Aventura, Florida, 33180, an employee was conducting vehicle traffic control on a public road, to assist in the loading of a crane onto a flatbed truck, and did not use any traffic control zone devices such as, but not limited to, cones, drums, tubular markers, vertical panels, barricades, direction indicator barricades to regulate, warn, or guide road users, therefore exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
