29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): The driver shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. If the load being carried obstructs forward view, the driver shall be required to travel with the load trailing. A) Mogul# 5: The driver of a Crown Upright forklift truck did not slow down when driving where vision was obstructed. Condition noted on or about the 18th of June, 2019. B) Mogul# 5: Powered Industrial Truck operators failed to slow down and sound horn when taking turns. Condition observed on or about the 18th of June, 2019.
