29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: Or in the alternative Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about June 25, 2019, for the employee who was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 6 inches while framing a house using a personnel basket, made by Redline Manufacturing, LLC, that was attached to a telehandler and exceeded two times the load center distance in the vicinity of Bluebell Loop South & 48th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
