One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about June 21, 2019, the employer had not protected an employee handling meat products on the Department #210 Back Packaging Leaker Check #2 conveyor line from the pinching/caught by hazards created by the tail pulley.
